Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg, Denmark, is seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to drive cost optimization across a global product portfolio. You will collaborate across sourcing, engineering, operations, and finance to turn ideas into measurable savings and attach value to design-to-cost initiatives.

In this role you’ll lead cross-functional projects, identify opportunities, and guide workshops to accelerate implementation, while strengthening governance and cost management practices for

At Danfoss Power Solutions , we're strengthening the cost competitiveness of our Connect & Control Solutions (CCS) portfolio to support future growth and profitability. As our new Sourcing Project Manager, Pipeline , based in Nordborg, Denmark , you'll play a key role in that journey.

Working across sourcing, engineering, operations, and finance, you'll identify and drive cost optimization initiatives that improve product competitiveness and create lasting value for our customers. You'll help advance our design-to-cost approach and deliver sustainable cost improvements across a global product portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead pipeline generation of cross-functional cost optimization projects that improve product competitiveness and deliver measurable business value
• Identify and prioritize cost reduction opportunities through data-driven analysis and collaboration to build a strong pipeline of impactful initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and improvement activities that generate ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate implementation

What We're Looking For

• Strong project management experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results
• An engineering background, preferably within electronics , or a strong technical understanding of products, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers
• Experience with cost reduction, sourcing/procurement, engineering, or a combination of these areas , including identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence senior leaders, build strong partnerships, and navigate a complex global matrix organization
• A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement , combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to balance detailed analysis with broader business goals
