Job summary

Danfoss Sensing Solutions, part of Danfoss Climate Solutions, is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Application & Product Support organization.

You will combine technical product knowledge with operational product management, supporting the day-to-day management of our sensor portfolio and ensuring that product data, documentation, pricing and commercial information are accurate and available to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• Experience in product support, product management, engineering, or sales support.
• Experience with product data, pricing and documentation in a technical organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day management of the sensor portfolio and product introductions, changes, and phase-outs.
• Maintain product master data, technical documentation, sales literature and pricing information.
• Coordinate evaluations of new product variants and customer requests across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Serve as a product and application expert for internal stakeholders and support technical evaluations and customer interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen collaboration and ensure timely implementation across functions.

Danfoss Sensing Solutions, part of Danfoss Climate Solutions, is looking for a Product Specialist to join our Application & Product Support organization. In this role, you will combine technical product knowledge with operational product management, supporting the day-to-day management of our sensor portfolio and ensuring that product data, documentation, pricing and commercial information are accurate and available to the organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain. You will help turn decisions into practical implementation, coordinate activities across functions, and ensure that released products are properly maintained throughout their lifecycle. The role offers an opportunity to build a broad understanding of sensing technologies, applications and commercial product management in an international organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Product Management in the day-to-day coordination of the sensor portfolio, helping maintain released products throughout their lifecycle and coordinating practical activities related to product introductions, product changes, phase-outs and other portfolio updates
• Maintain product master data, technical documentation, sales literature and pricing information, ensuring accuracy, consistency and availability across the organization
• Coordinate evaluations of new product variants and customer requests, driving implementation across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain
• Act as a trusted product and application expert for internal stakeholders, supporting technical evaluations, product selection, customer interactions and training activities
• Drive coordination and continuous improvement activities that strengthen collaboration, simplify processes and improve product information quality across the organization

What We're Looking For

You are structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of operational tasks. You enjoy working with both technical and commercial topics and understand the importance of accuracy, timely follow-up and clear communication.

In Addition, We Expect That

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Engineering or a related technical or commercial field and have experience from product support, product management, engineering, sales support or a similar role within a technical organization
• A genuine interest in sensing technologies and their applications is a strong plus. Experience with pressure, temperature or other sensing technologies is advantageous
• You understand, or are motivated to learn, the commercial and operational aspects of managing technical products throughout their lifecycle
• You are comfortable working with product data, technical documentation, pricing information and structured processes, bringing strong analytical and organizational skills.
• You have proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and functions, ensuring timely implementation and follow-through
• You are a proactive and service-oriented professional who builds strong relationships and understands that success comes from enabling teams across Danfoss to deliver results together. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

Experience with product information management, ERP systems, master data, lifecycle management or technical documentation would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
