Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in our Global Fulfilment team to turn data into decisions, improve processes, and enable sustainable performance across our manufacturing plants and distribution centres.

You will collaborate across functions and countries, working with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to translate insights into practical decisions and support segmentation and governance initiatives that strengthen our global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field with professional experience.
• Experience with data analytics and translating insights into business improvements.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, countries, and levels.
• Proactive mindset to challenge current ways of working and identify improvements.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI or similar tools and strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance inventory, delivery reliability, and efficiency across factories and distribution sites.
• Analyze data using SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support segmentation practices and integrate them into fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, governance, and continuous improvement activities across the network.
