Job summary

Teradyne Robotics in Odense, Denmark, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to own supplier quality from initial selection to field performance.

Your role

You’ll be the go-to person for supplier quality — from initial selection to products in the field.

You will:

• Lead NPI activities and ensure supplier readiness
• Perform audits (including VDA 6.3) and develop suppliers
• Solve issues using 8D and root cause analysis
• Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations

In short: You make sure quality is built in — not inspected in.

What we’re looking for

You bring:

• 5+ years in supplier or manufacturing quality
• Strong experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D
• Solid technical understanding (preferably mechanical).

As a person you’re structured, data-driven, and able to drive improvements across teams using your good communication skills.

• Reduction in supplier DPPM, yield losses, and non-conformance rates
• Improved supplier audit scores and compliance levels
• On-time and effective closure of corrective actions
• Increased supplier capability and reduced inspection dependency
• Successful NPI launches with qualified and capable suppliers.
