Everllence in Copenhagen, Denmark seeks a student worker to support data analysis, KPI development, reporting and business improvement initiatives. You’ll gain hands‑on experience tackling real business challenges and contributing to strategic projects across the organisation.

You will use Excel and Power BI to structure data, generate dashboards, and translate insights into recommendations. Flexible hours and an international, collaborative team environment accompany this role.

Qualifications

• In final stages of Bachelor's or recently started Master’s in a related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, business development and process improvement.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
• Skilled in Excel and ideally Power BI.

We are looking for a student worker to support our team with data analysis, KPI development, reporting, and business improvement initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real business challenges and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives across Everllence.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Analyse data and prepare reporting to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting
• Work with Excel and Power BI to structure and visualize data
• Identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of data-driven business cases and recommendations

Business & Process Improvement

• Support process optimization and governance initiatives
• Coordinate reporting, follow-up and action tracking across stakeholders
• Contribute to Global Strategic Forecasting and other strategic projects
• Support the development and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes

We imagine that you:

• Are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or have recently embarked on your Master’s Degree in a business, engineering, economics, data or related field
• Have a strong interest in data analysis, business development and process improvement
• Have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving
• Are skilled in Excel and ideally have experience with Power BI
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating complex topics in a simple way

On daily basis, you will become an active and important part of the Licence Sales & Service team that serves our licensees in Asia. Today, the team consists of 22 people, who work together closely with Everllence’s licensees and internal departments. We are a team that values teamwork and collaboration. We offer exciting and varied job tasks in a department with a large contact area with customers and other stakeholders, both internally and externally especially in Asia.
