Job summary

Everllence in Copenhagen, Denmark seeks a student worker to support data analysis, KPI development, reporting and business improvement initiatives. You’ll gain hands‑on experience tackling real business challenges and contributing to strategic projects across the organisation.

You will use Excel and Power BI to structure data, generate dashboards, and translate insights into recommendations. Flexible hours and an international, collaborative team environment accompany this role.

Qualifications

• In final stages of Bachelor's or recently started Master’s in a related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, business development and process improvement.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
• Skilled in Excel and ideally Power BI.
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating complex topics simply.
• Confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and prepare reporting to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Work with Excel and Power BI to structure and visualize data.
• Identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support development of data-driven business cases and recommendations.
• Contribute to process optimization and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate reporting, follow-up and action tracking across stakeholders.
• Support Global Strategic Forecasting and other strategic projects.
• Assist in developing and improving digital tools and processes.
