Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Tech Ops Student Worker to help maintain, track, and optimize hardware and software resources across LEGO Game teams. You will ensure teams have the tools, access, and infrastructure they need to work efficiently.

You will collaborate with IT and game development, assist in documentation, and contribute to improving workflows, security, and environments. Strong communication and Danish/English skills are required.

Job Description

As a Tech Ops Student Worker, you will play a crucial role inmaintaining, tracking, andoptimizinghardware and software resources across LEGO Game.

You will ensure that all teams have the necessary tools, access, and infrastructure to work efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations within the respective department and team
• Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
• Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
• Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and projects
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

• Maintaining, cataloging, and documenting hardware and software used across LEGO Game teams.
• Ensuring all team members have access to the platforms, tools, and environments they need.
• Setting up and managing software licenses, permissions, and configurations.
• Liaising with internal IT teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve technical issues.
• Monitoring and improving development workflows, deployment processes, and system performance.
• Assisting in automating and optimizing infrastructure and development environments.
• Supporting onboarding processes by ensuring new employees have the necessary tools and access.
• Keeping track of emerging technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and security.

Do you have what it takes?

A student of Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, IT administration, or system management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Some experience with scripting is beneficial but not required.
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset for tracking and managing software and hardware resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and game development teams.

• Passion for gaming and an interest in the gaming industry is a bonus!

• Knowledge of Atlassian Software, JIRA/CONFLUENCE
• Danish and English at C1-C2 levels
