Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund seeks a Tech Ops Student Worker to help maintain hardware and software resources across LEGO Game. You will support daily operations, manage access, set up licenses, and document processes to ensure teams have reliable tools.

With a background in Computer Science or IT, you will collaborate with IT and game development teams, analyze data, contribute improvements, and assist in automating infrastructure. Danish and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• A student of Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, IT administration, or system management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Some experience with scripting is beneficial but not required.
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset for tracking and managing software and hardware resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT and game development teams.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Software, JIRA/CONFLUENCE.
• Danish and English at C1-C2 levels.

Responsibilities
