Job summary

Kamstrup is offering an internship in Planning & Logistics for students studying Supply Chain or Logistics. You will support production planning, purchasing, and shipping to ensure timely flow of materials and an efficient planning process.

From day one you will take on meaningful tasks with guidance from experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience across planning, purchasing and logistics in an international green tech company.

Here Is What Your Role Entails

As our intern in Planning & Logistics you will be supporting our three core functions: Production Planning, Operational Purchasing, and Shipping, that ensures timely flow of materials and products from suppliers to our own production facilities. You will be contributing to efficient planning and continuous improvement across our supply chain.

More specifically, you will be:

• Participating in meetings with production teams and contributing to short- and midterm production planning
• Assisting our purchasers with various procurement processes and helping the Shipping team in planning and executing shipments
• Engaging in improvement projects across our internal workflows together with the logistics and planning specialists
• Conducting data analyses and tracking progress on project-related activities

As our Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key supply chain disciplines, building a solid understanding of how planning, purchasing, and logistics work together to support business operations. From day one, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, while working on tasks that support your professional development. Moreover, you will do so while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

During your internship you will become part of our Planning & Logistics Department joining a team consisting of 7 dedicated colleagues with expertise in various logistics tasks across shipping, purchasing and production planning. As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.

The applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, but you can expect a response within six weeks. Any details about the internship will be individually agreed upon. However, the internship is expected to run from the beginning of February 2027 until the end of June 2027. You will also have the opportunity to join the department as a student worker prior to your internship, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
