EG Housing is seeking a student to join the Customer Support team in Aarhus. You’ll handle calls and cases for EG ProBo and other property‑administration solutions, learning quickly and taking ownership of your own calls as you progress.

Flexible 8–19 hours per week, planned around exams and classes. Training from experienced colleagues, with a modern office setting at AKSEN in Aarhus and opportunities to use AI tools in daily work.

Formación

• Student status at a university or similar institution.
• Danish and English fluency is required for daily communication.
• Curious about AI and able to use it in daily work.
• Confident in talking to people and explaining things clearly.
• Willing to learn new systems and take ownership.
• Team player in a flexible, supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers by phone and through our support system.
• Investigate problems and find the actual cause, not just the symptom.
• Ask the right questions and guide customers towards a solution.
• Solve the cases you can and elevate more complex issues with the right information attached.
• Take ownership of your cases and keep customers informed along the way.
• Improve knowledge articles when something is missing or outdated.
• Assist with practical tasks that keep the support team running smoothly.
• Use AI tools as part of daily case handling.
