Job summary

Siemens Energy A/S in Denmark is seeking a Working Student to support Commercial Project Management. You will assist with data and documentation management, enabling senior staff to focus on strategic execution while you handle routine tasks.

Join the CPM team in Offshore Denmark, providing essential administrative support and contributing to project reporting, controls, and analytics. This role offers practical exposure to project support within the energy sector and a collaborative environment

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
No prior professional experience required; internships or student worker roles are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the setup of new project structures within internal systems.
Handle general administrative tasks.
Assist in preparing presentation materials for project status updates and reviews, contributing to effective communication with stakeholders.
Support CPMs in reporting, controlling, and analyzing project data to enhance decision-making processes.
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring files are organized and accessible.
