Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Student Worker in Product Management within the Data Office to support the teams building a next-generation data platform, knowledge platform, and AI foundation. You will assist with day-to-day product management tasks and help turn data into actionable insights while contributing to foundational platforms used across the business.

This student position runs until graduation (up to ~2 years), with around 15 hours per week and flexibility around your studies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated comfort working with data.
• Product development basics.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence or similar PM tools.
• Clear written communication including docs, notes, and presentations.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support backlog upkeep, ceremonies, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups across the product team.
• Pull and present data that informs prioritisation decisions.
• Conduct lightweight user and stakeholder research that feeds directly into product planning.
• Help bring structure to competing priorities across a changing and evolving landscape.
• Support product managers in making decisions grounded in stakeholder and user needs.
• Grow into a trusted partner who can run recurring product operations activities with increasing independence.
