The LEGO Group—a world‑leading family of play experiences—seeks a Director of Operations/MST Data to shape how data and AI drive value across Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Initially an individual contributor role, with plans to build a team as alignment grows with business leaders.

You will connect business priorities with product, engineering and data teams to deliver meaningful outcomes, while navigating a hybrid work rhythm within the LEGO Digital Technology ecosystem.

• Applied data and AI solutions within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environments.
• Built data and AI opportunities from business challenges and translated them into practical solutions.
• Established credibility with data science and engineering teams through strong technical depth.
• Developed business cases linked to operational and commercial outcomes.
• Implemented data governance, data quality, and data modelling practices.
• Delivered results in environments where physical operations and digital capabilities intersect.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear data and AI vision for the operational domain aligned to leadership priorities.
• Prioritise a roadmap with sponsored business cases and measurable outcomes.
• Establish early proof points that demonstrate the value of data and AI in real business scenarios.
• Build strong partnerships across Data Office, product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Create a view of the domain's data landscape, including opportunities, gaps and improvement areas.
• Define an operating model and capability plan for the future embedded data organisation.
