You will connect business aims with product, engineering and data teams to deliver outcomes, operating in a hybrid work model with relocation not offered.

• Established credibility with data science and engineering teams through strong technical depth

• Delivered results in environments where physical operations and digital capabilities intersect

Responsibilities

• Define a clear data and AI vision for the operational domain aligned to leadership priorities
• Prioritise a roadmap with sponsored business cases and measurable outcomes
• Create early proof points demonstrating value of data and AI in real business scenarios
• Foster strong partnerships across Data Office, product, engineering, and AI teams
• Outline the domain's data landscape, including opportunities, gaps, and improvements
• Develop an operating model and capability plan for a future embedded data organization
• Turn business strategy and technology investment into measurable outcomes
