Job summary
Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Student Worker to support the Equipment Product & Portfolio Management team in offshore wind projects. You will analyze portfolio data, help drive cost-out initiatives, and prepare management presentations while maintaining product documentation across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme within: Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; MS Projects is a plus.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support EQ platform managers in activities and deliverables towards PLM@WIND and internal new product development projects.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project and business performance data.
- Maintain NPD portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Support cost-out and value engineering initiatives through data gathering and analysis.
- Prepare presentations for management meetings and decision forums.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement them.
