Danfoss is seeking a motivated Student Worker for its Mergers & Acquisitions team within Danfoss Climate Solutions in Copenhagen. You will support market research, strategic analysis, and target screening under senior M&A professionals, gaining exposure to corporate finance, strategy and deal execution.

The role offers hands-on experience across industries and technologies relevant to Danfoss' growth agenda, with opportunities to present to leadership and contribute to real business decisions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools.
• Structured and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Curious and proactive with interest in strategy and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Research markets, track M&A activity, investments and trends shaping Danfoss' growth.
• Build market maps, company profiles, and competitive analyses for senior decision makers.
• Screen acquisition and partnership opportunities to identify best-fit targets.
• Structure strategic, commercial and financial information and run preliminary target assessments.
• Benchmark companies against peers and prepare management presentations and materials.
