Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a motivated student worker to support its M&A team. You will assist with market research, strategic analysis, acquisition screening, and project execution across diverse industries and technologies. You will work closely with senior professionals to gain practical experience in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A.

The role offers mentorship, potential global opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership while contributing to Danfoss’ growth agenda.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools.
Structured and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Curious and proactive with an interest in strategy and M&A.

Responsibilities

Research markets and technologies, tracking M&A activity, investments, and trends shaping Danfoss's growth.
Build market maps, company profiles, and competitive analyses used by senior leaders.
Screen acquisition and partnership opportunities and identify strong fits.
Structure strategic, commercial, and financial information and run preliminary target assessments.
Benchmark companies and help prepare management presentations and decision materials.
