The position offers hands-on experience in platform management, data governance, and stakeholder communication, with 15-20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active student at a higher education institute in Denmark.
• Advanced experience with Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Experience with digital platforms such as Citrix Podio and WordPress.
• Able to derive insights from data and visualize it for stakeholders.
• Basic scripting in VBA or SQL.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance practices.
• Well organized and adaptable to changing daily tasks.
• Good communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate with team members to understand their needs.
• Interest in how research insights can inform entrepreneurial activities.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Management: clean, organize, and maintain data for reporting.
• Tracking & Monitoring: update data on entrepreneurial activity and survey responses.
• Data Extraction: collate information from surveys, CRM, analytics for insights.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: generate reports and visualizations; present actionable findings.
• CRM System Maintenance: configure fields, workflows, and automations; assist in user setup.
• Feedback Management: analyze survey feedback to inform program development.
• Collaboration: work with the team to translate insights needs into data collection strategies.
• GDPR Compliance: ensure data collection aligns with guidelines.
• Digital Platform Support: assist with light configuration and documentation.
