Job summary

Euronext Securities Copenhagen is seeking a student employee to support two teams with administrative and data-focused tasks in a dynamic financial environment. You will handle data, build dashboards in Power BI, and contribute to management reporting while gaining exposure to clients and systems.

Ideal candidates are in the first or second year of a bachelor’s degree, highly organized, fluent in English, and proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Currently in the first or second year of a bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to learn new systems.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Independent and structured in work; eager to learn and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle agreements and maintain customer data.
• Extract data from various systems and perform data analysis in Excel with graphs.
• Create Power BI dashboards containing business and financial information.
• Support management reporting and ad hoc analysis for Product managers.
• Create or visually enhance PowerPoint presentations to convey messages.
• Conduct internet research in collaboration with Product managers; utilize ChatGPT where appropriate.
• Update customer guidelines and assist with scanning and archiving documents.
