Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S is seeking a Student Worker for the Product Cybersecurity team. You will develop cybersecurity tools and automation to strengthen security across Siemens Energy products, while learning DevSecOps practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity experts, software developers, and product teams to secure critical infrastructure and gain hands-on experience in secure software development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript; knowledge of Git.
• Automation mindset and problem-solving in tools and processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity tools to enhance product development and security processes.
• Design and implement automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality within cybersecurity operations.
