Qualifications

• Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, marketing, digital, innovation or similar.
• Enjoy working across different teams, topics and problem types.
• Proactive, pragmatic and motivated by getting things done.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bring a commercial mindset and enjoy connecting the dots across disciplines.
• Enjoy working with people and building relationships across functions and markets.
• Experience with content platforms, Excel or design tools is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Experience projects across user experience, HCP experience, service operations and digital marketing.
• Contribute to user research, customer insights and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and help drive activities across teams and markets.
• Assist with PowerPoint preparation, project coordination and stakeholder input.
