Job description

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction for how we execute on our strategy and help shape our future company? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our CTO office as Student Assistant in our Innovation & Strategy Execution team.

About the role

Be part of the movement - and play your part.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and structured Student Assistant to join our Innovation & Strategy Execution team. The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and the position requires 15-20 hours a week.

Our team sits at the heart of Technology & Innovation (T&I), where we drive the quarterly forecasting process (QFP) and manage the portfolio of innovation projects across the organisation. In this role, you'll help facilitate and support the QFP — making sure the right input is gathered at the right time and materials are produced and ready when leadership needs them.

You’ll be working closely with the Innovation & Strategy Execution team, spanning our Agile Chapter, PMO CoE, Tech M&A and Innovation & Partnerships. There's a huge opportunity to learn from the different areas, giving you a broad and practical foundation in how we execute on strategy and how innovation is planned, governed, and delivered at scale.

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?
  • Drive and coordinate the quarterly forecasting process across the Technology & Innovation division
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather, validate, and consolidate forecast input
  • Participate in meetings and workshops, preparing presentations and presenting findings together with (and not excluding to) tracking overviews, status materials, reporting for leadership etc.
  • Maintain our portfolio overview of innovation projects together with the team
  • Support our project management and potentially also run your own projects
  • Conduct various analyses covering the industry, competitor landscape, and market, consolidating data and preparing reports
Additional tasks
  • Support on different ad-hoc tasks for the Head of Innovation & Strategy Execution
  • Support knowledge-sharing across the Agile Chapter, PMO CoE, Tech M&A, and Innovation & Partnerships

  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written, as this is our company language and used across all internal communication and workshops
  • An interest in strategy execution, innovation management and portfolio and project management
