Job summary

DANX Carousel Group seeks a Student Assistant for the Communications team at our Ishøj headquarters. You will support internal and employer branding content, maintain intranet content, and assist with campaigns and storytelling across our organization.

The role includes LMS content support and coordination of activities across countries. Ideal candidates study communications, marketing, or related fields, with strong English skills and a proactive mindset.

DANX Carousel is looking for a Student Assistant to the Communications team!

As Student Assistant in Group Communication at DANX Carousel Group, you will support internal communication and employer branding activities across our business. You will help maintain and develop our intranet, create content for internal and external channels, support communication campaigns, and contribute to a variety of creative projects.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience within corporate communication while working with colleagues across different countries and functions. You will report to the Communication Manager and primarily support Group Communication. In addition, the role also includes support in our Learning Management System (LMS), helping maintain training content and user access.

The position is based at our headquarters in Ishøj, Denmark. We expect you to work approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility to occasionally work from home when needed.

Main duties and responsibilities:

You’ll become involved in many different aspects of communication and content creation across a variety of formats, including written, visual and video content. Typical tasks will include:

• Creating content for our intranet and internal communication channels.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and communication campaigns.
• Helping develop employer branding content, including LinkedIn posts, employee stories and interviews.
• Contributing to internal and external storytelling around our people, culture and ESG initiatives.
• Assisting with planning, coordination, and administration of other communication-related activities.
• Support in our Learning Management System (LMS), helping maintain training content and user access.

About you:

We imagine that you are currently studying communication, marketing, media, journalism, or a similar field, ideally at the beginning of your master's degree. You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken, and have a flair for adapting your message to different audiences. Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage, but most importantly, you’re curious, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
