Job summary

STARK Group is inviting a bachelor student to join the Business Change & Implementation team in Aarhus. You will support change activities, coordinate training, and help prepare workshops while gaining hands-on experience in a large digital transformation program.

You’ll work with Change Managers and stakeholders, taking ownership of tasks from planning to execution, and exploring AI tools to improve processes. This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support Change Managers in planning and delivering activities across the programme.
• Create presentations, newsletters and visual content for communication.
• Coordinate training activities and collect feedback via surveys.
• Prepare workshops, document outcomes and follow up actions.
• Maintain SharePoint pages, templates and project documentation.
• Analyse feedback to identify practical improvements and translate into actions.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve work processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks with ownership and reliability.
