Job summary

STARK Group invites a curious student to join the Business Change & Implementation team within the Business Transformation department. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience on a major Nordic digital transformation programme while owning your tasks and deadlines.

You will work with Change Managers and Project Managers, contributing to communication, training and workshops, and exploring AI-powered tools with real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Change Managers in planning and delivering activities across the programme.
• Create engaging content: presentations, newsletters, visuals.
• Coordinate training activities and collect feedback.
• Prepare workshops, document outcomes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain SharePoint pages, templates and project documents.
• Analyze feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Explore new digital and AI-powered tools to improve work.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks big or small.
