Job summary

Danish Crown is seeking a student worker for the AI Transformation team (BEAT). The role focuses on maintaining AI adoption data, dashboards and licence administration while supporting training and practical AI solutions across the organisation.

You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI adoption, data storytelling and collaboration with the BEAT team. The role offers flexible 15–20 hours per week, based in Randers, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant higher education programme.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Interest in data, dashboards and adoption processes.
• Structured, self‑directed and comfortable taking responsibility for recurring tasks.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AI adoption data and dashboards and support a sustainable reporting process.
• Support AI licence administration and follow-up on adoption activities.
• Analyse usage data and translate insights for the BEAT team.
• Help plan and deliver AI training and enable colleagues to apply AI in practice.
• Support AI use cases from exploration through testing and implementation.
