Job summary

FOSS in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant in the Portfolio and Process Office to help shape how R&D works. You will support portfolio reporting, assist with workshops, and help embed project management practices across the division.

The role offers flexible hours (≈16 per week) with about two on-site days in Hillerød. You will report to the Head of the Portfolio and Process Office and collaborate with the PMO, bringing an interest in AI, automation, and SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Student in Denmark with at least 1.5 years left in studies.
• Analytical mindset with interest in AI and automation.
• Good SharePoint and IT skills.
• Enjoys working with people and workshops.
• Proactive and self-starting.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What you will be doing

As our new Student Assistant in the Portfolio and Process Office, you will help us develop how R&D works. You will take on tasks and support initiatives that drive our portfolio and process development, and help anchor good project management practices across R&D. You will report to the Head of the Portfolio and Process Office and work closely with our PMO.

You will:

• Develop AI agents and automations for our portfolio reporting and daily work
