Love data and want to see your ideas make a real difference?
Do you get a kick out of turning messy processes into smart solutions? Are you curious about how AI can change the way a global company works? Then this could be the student job that kick-starts your career.
As our new Student Assistant in Global Facility Management, you'll help keep Topsoe's workplaces around the world safe, efficient and future-ready. Our team makes sure our buildings and workspaces work, so our colleagues can focus on developing the decarbonization technologies the world needs. You won't be fetching coffee or filing paper. You'll test AI tools on real problems, help run projects, and see your work make an impact from day one.
You'll work with colleagues across building operations, maintenance, space planning, our service partners and workplace safety, and you'll build a network across the organization. The position is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week, and we'll plan your hours flexibly around lectures and exams.
Building with AI: Take ideas from concept to testable solutions. Create and test AI models and assistants for real operational tasks, design prompts and workflows, and help validate and improve them together with colleagues across the business.
Driving projects: Help prepare project documents and proposals, and make sure projects get approved and followed up properly. This is a hands-on introduction to how projects move through a large organization.
Making our sites easier to navigate: Create maps and access information for visitors and external partners, and write clear guidelines and step-by-step work instructions.
Communicating what we do: Support our communication lead with updates on our intranet, internal social platforms, digital screens and signage at our sites.
You're studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in a field such as data science, IT, engineering, business administration, facility management or communication. Above all, you're curious about data and AI, and maybe you've already played around with ChatGPT, Copilot, Power BI or Python in your studies or on your own. You like structure, you finish what you start, and you're not afraid to ask questions or suggest a better way of doing things. You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, and you're comfortable communicating in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We value curiosity and drive over a perfect CV.
Real experience for your CV: Apply AI and automation to real business processes in an international company. This is the kind of experience employers look for after graduation.
Room to experiment: You'll get space to test ideas, learn from what doesn't work, and see your solutions put into use.
A mentor in your corner: Experienced colleagues will guide you and help you grow, both professionally and personally.
A job that fits student life: Flexible hours that work around your studies and exam periods.
Purpose: Your work supports a company whose mission is to fight climate change.
You'll join a friendly team of facility management professionals who care about what they do and about each other. We share knowledge openly, help each other out, and like to have fun along the way. You'll learn from colleagues with expertise in operations, project management and digital transformation, and you'll be treated as a full member of the team.
Application deadline: 02-11-2026.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, irrespective of their gender, age, religion, disability, ethnic background, and geographical location. We encourage individuals from diverse cultures and countries to apply and contribute to our global team.
