Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s studies in IT, communication or organization; one year or more left before graduation.
• Strong English skills, written and verbal.

Student assistant, Operational Excellence (Service & Solutions)

We are looking for a student assistant with flair for communication and information technology to join our team. We are part of the Service & Solutions organization in Grundfos, and we are responsible for a wide range of tasks, from designing the service management system to implementing it globally. You will join a diverse and global team where we always strive for optimising and improving the user and customer experience by offering new takes on our processes, systems and tools.

What is the job about?

Currently, our team is working on a large, strategic project to develop and implement a new global service management system. We are divided into two teams: Deployment & Transformations is responsible for rolling out the new system to 50 Grundfos companies globally. Development & Enhancements is responsible for development of the system and related processes. Your main role will be to support activities in both teams and will include:

• Maintaining how-to guides and coordinating updates of these
• Updating SharePoint sites
• Creating presentations and other communication materials
• Ad hoc and administrative tasks.

You will be working for 15 hours per week at our headquarters in Bjerringbro but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

Who are you?

You are an outgoing person, and you are interested in both people and systems. You are a great communicator and not afraid to reach out to different stakeholders. It is important that you can work both independently but also collaborate with different stakeholders.

What do you need to apply?

• You are preferably studying a master's within IT, communication, and organization or something similar to this.
• You have at least one year or more left before graduating.
• You have strong English skills both verbally and written.
• It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have worked with SharePoint before.
