Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to support and drive periodic forecasting and budgeting for the EMEA and Americas region. You will partner with commercial stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and profitability through KPIs and rigorous topline and cost analysis.

You will deliver monthly performance reports, dashboards, and management insights, coordinate cross-functional data collection (costs, receivables, headcount), and lead data-driven projects that shape

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics and business administration or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial performance management or similar/other relevant functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach and demonstrated experience in working across different cultures and countries.
• The ability to maintain a high-level view of business complexities while paying attention to details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and ThinkCell. Experience with SAP and SalesForce would be beneficial, but not mandatory
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various analyses to support decision-making processes, participate in and lead key business-related projects, and handle other ad hoc tasks.

• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial performance drivers
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority
