Pandora is looking for a structured and curious Data Governance Intern to join our Strategy & Data Governance team in Copenhagen for a 3-month internship. You will work in an international and collaborative environment, contributing to how data and AI governance are operationalised across the organisation.
The intern will support the Data Governance team in developing and operationalising governance policies and standards. The primary focus of this role is to translate governance frameworks into clear, structured, and practical operational policies and documentation, ensuring they are easy to understand, implement, and adopt across the organisation. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in data governance, policy design, and organisational transformation.
