Job summary

Student Assistant, Global Strategy & Business Development

This role offers an exciting opportunity to sharpen your consulting toolbox, deepen your strategic thinking, and explore how AI tools are reshaping the way world‑class strategy teams work at the worlds largest jewellery brand.

What you will do

The Global Strategy & Business Development team plays a central role in shaping Pandoras long‑term strategic agenda. We work closely with senior leaders across functions and markets to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business questions, and support strategic decision‑making. By joining the team, you will support in shaping and executing Pandoras corporate strategy as part of an ambitious team driving large and complex strategic projects across the organization globally to deliver future growth. The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your key areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Support problem solving on complex business challenges and build a case for new business opportunities
  • Structure key issues, hypotheses, and questions to guide analysis and drive workstreams forward with guidance
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on complex topics and translate findings into clear so what insights and key messages
  • Create clear and well‑structured slides, storylines, and smaller presentation sections for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure high‑quality deliverables by checking numbers, facts, and details before sharing with key stakeholders
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen analysis, and explore smarter ways of approaching strategy work

Examples of work could include market and competitor research, supporting business case development, analysing commercial data, preparing executive presentation materials, summarising strategic insights, and helping the team use AI tools to work smarter.

In this role, we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, humble, and has an ambitious attitude. You should be a team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills capable of combining quantitative and qualitative insights are a must. You should also be comfortable with turning complex data into clear, impactful storytelling. Furthermore, your attention to detail ensures high‑quality, polished deliverables that resonate with diverse audiences.

We are also looking for someone who is genuinely curious about AI and the opportunities it creates for business, someone who has started experimenting with AI tools in their own work and is excited to bring that mindset into a strategy setting.

  • Passionate about the retail/consumer goods industry
  • A proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Already equipped with foundational experience (internships or student roles) from consulting, a strategy role, or similar high‑ownership roles in a fast‑paced environment
  • Curious about AI and experienced in using tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT to make your work more efficient, structured, or impactful
  • Actively enrolled at a university in Copenhagen, Denmark, pursuing the final year of your bachelors or first year of your masters degree

Additional information
