The Global Strategy & Business Development team plays a central role in shaping Pandoras long‑term strategic agenda. We work closely with senior leaders across functions and markets to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business questions, and support strategic decision‑making. By joining the team, you will support in shaping and executing Pandoras corporate strategy as part of an ambitious team driving large and complex strategic projects across the organization globally to deliver future growth. The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to:
Examples of work could include market and competitor research, supporting business case development, analysing commercial data, preparing executive presentation materials, summarising strategic insights, and helping the team use AI tools to work smarter.

Strong analytical skills capable of combining quantitative and qualitative insights are a must. You should also be comfortable with turning complex data into clear, impactful storytelling. This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark, and the position is expected to be 1520 hours per week with flexibility around exams.
