Job summary

Grundfos is offering a Student Assistant position within Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization. You will support communication activities across the function and with stakeholders, helping turn ideas into action while gaining hands-on experience from day one.

The role is designed for flexible study schedules and includes opportunities to work from home on agreed days. You will organize meetings, prepare materials, and help plan leadership team activities, newsletters, and SharePoint

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree within Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in internal communication, event coordination, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
• Take initiative and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
• Communicate confidently in English

Responsibilities

• Organize team and function meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring practical support
• Supporting the planning and execution of leadership team and function days, including social gatherings
• Coordinating and publishing monthly newsletters, including collecting and reviewing content
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites to ensure content is current and easy to navigate
• Developing communication materials for various platforms and supporting stakeholder communication
• Supporting the function with ad hoc communication tasks

We are just as excited to learn from you as you are from us.What you will be doingAs part of the Manufacturing Architecture & Modularization team in Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful initiatives from day one.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Organizing team and function meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring practical support
• Supporting the planning and execution of leadership team and function days, including social gatherings
• Coordinating and publishing monthly newsletters, including collecting and reviewing content
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites to ensure content is current and easy to navigate
• Developing communication materials for various platforms and supporting stakeholder communication
• Supporting the function with ad hoc communication tasks

You will work approximately 10 to 15 hours per week from our office in Bjerringbro.
