Job summary

ECCO in Copenhagen is offering a student internship at the intersection of business and IT. You will gain hands-on experience with Ardoq, Coupa and Confluence while supporting enterprise architecture, data governance and application management.

Based in our Digital Strategy & Simplification Team, you will collaborate with both business and IT, contributing to architecture, documentation and portfolio transparency. The role is 15–20 hours per week with flexible study-friendly scheduling.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (IT, business IT, data, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven approach.
• Fluent or proficient English communication (written and spoken).
• Willing to learn and work across business and IT.”

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update architecture information in Ardoq, structuring data on business capabilities, processes, applications, ownership, lifecycle and data domains, and improve quality and completeness.
• Support mapping between capabilities, processes, applications, data and organizational areas, and turn that mapping into dashboards and reports.
• Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence.
• Assist the Procurement team with contract uploads, content structuring, data preparation, testing and validation.
• Support application portfolio management – data collection, quality checks, reporting and insights; pick up ad-hoc EA, Master Data Management, data governance and procurement tasks.

Your week lives inside Ardoq and Confluence

At our office in Copenhagen, you will become part of our Digital Strategy & Simplification Team. Together, we support architecture, data governance, knowledge management and portfolio transparency - the parts of a business that only get noticed when they stop working.

You will work closely with your team, while reaching into both business and IT whenever a question needs an answer from the other side.

More Specifically, You Will

• Maintain and update architecture information in Ardoq, structuring data on business capabilities, processes, applications, ownership, lifecycle and data domains, and improving its quality, consistency and completeness
• Support mapping between capabilities, processes, applications, data and organizational areas, and turn that mapping into dashboards and reports
• Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence
• Assist the Procurement team with contract uploads, content structuring, data preparation, testing and validation
• Support application portfolio management - data collection, quality checks, reporting and insights - and pick up ad-hoc tasks across Enterprise Architecture, Master Data Management, data governance and procurement

Your job runs 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility built around your studies and exam periods.

• Are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, for example within IT, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, Enterprise Architecture or a similar field
• Bring an analytical approach to problem-solving
• Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, systems, documentation and visual structures
• Are curious about how business and IT intersect in a global organization, comfortable with digital tools, and willing to learn new platforms
• Communicate clearly, can turn complex information into simple documentation and visuals, and are proficient in English, written and spoken
