Job summary

ECCO HQ in Bredebro is seeking a Global Network Planner to shape the flow of products across our global distribution network. You will own end-to-end network planning, balancing forecast accuracy with service levels and collaborating with markets and stakeholders.

You will merge analytical work with operational execution, leveraging data tools like Power BI and contributing to continuous improvement while working in an international environment.

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through a global supply chain, connecting production, distribution centres and markets around the world?

Shape the flow of products across our global network

Based at ECCO HQ in Bredebro, you will join our Global Value Chain organisation, where 45 colleagues manage our end-to-end supply chain. As part of the Global Fulfilment Network team, consisting of 17 dedicated network planners, you will work in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment where planning, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

As our new Global Network Planner, you will help ensure that products are planned, shipped and delivered according to customer expectations, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across production, distribution centres, regions and markets. You will balance operational execution with analytical work, contributing to both service excellence and ongoing optimisation of our global distribution network.

More Specifically, You Will

• Own end-to-end network planning activities, balancing forecast accuracy, product availability and service levels.
• Partner closely with markets and cross-functional stakeholders to align demand, supply and distribution priorities.
• Monitor network performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen planning capabilities and ways of working.
• Support strategic and operational projects across the Global Fulfilment Network organisation.

• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
