Teton.ai is building the data layer for real-time healthcare insights. In Strategy & Operations you will support the Operations Team across finance, commercial operations, contracting, people operations, legal, governance, supply chain and customer delivery.

You will develop models and business cases, then turn them into practical actions to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Qualifications

Analytical rigor demonstrated in financial modelling, Excel and data analysis.
Structured problem solving with hypothesis-driven approach and clear recommendations.
High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and end-to-end delivery.
Comfort with ambiguity; thrives in fast-growing startup environments without a playbook.
Education in business, economics, engineering, or related analytical field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations leadership on top strategic priorities.
Build analyses, financial models and business cases to inform leadership decisions.
Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven, practical solutions.
Drive internal projects end-to-end to improve processes and reporting.
Adapt to weekly demands: reviews, escalations, pricing models, forecasts, or contracts.
