Teton is building a real-time AI-powered data layer for healthcare, enabling care facilities to automate documentation and optimize workflows. The Strategy & Operations Associate will work across finance, commercial operations, contracting, people ops, legal, and governance, owning models and business cases to drive growth.

You will leverage analytical rigor, ownership, and curiosity about AI to deliver actionable insights and practical improvements in a fast-scaling startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience from analytical environments (investment banking/consulting or similar).
• Ability to build business cases and present clear recommendations.
• Ability to structure problems and communicate crisply in writing and in person.
• Willingness to own outcomes and move fast in a fast-growing startup.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Director of Operations on strategic priorities.
• Build analyses, financial models, and business cases for leadership decisions.
• Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
• Drive internal projects end-to-end to improve processes and reporting.
• Support multiple functions (finance, ops, contracting, people, legal, governance, supply chain).
• Provide analysis for pricing, forecasts, redlines, and ARR reconciliations.
