Job summary

VELUX Group is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join Group Strategy & M&A at our headquarters in Hørsholm. You will lead or support strategic initiatives across Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations, driving growth opportunities and translating strategy into action.

You will work with senior leaders, develop the consulting toolbox, and build leadership capabilities in a highly international environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a strong academic degree with an excellent academic track record.
• 1–4 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar strategic role in a larger international organisation.
• Communicate complex business topics clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support strategic projects across different parts of the VELUX value chain, including Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Conduct strategic analyses, develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities, market trends and business challenges.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making processes and support senior leaders in translating strategy into action.
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations, recommendations and decision materials for Executive Group Management.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions, business units and geographies.
• Support the development and execution of corporate and functional strategies.
