Job summary

VELUX Group in Denmark seeks a Strategy Consultant to join Group Strategy & M&A, based at HQ in Hørsholm. You will work closely with senior leaders to frame strategic questions, develop cases and present clear recommendations.

You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Operations. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in strategy consulting or similar, strong problem-solving discipline, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in strategy consulting or similar role in a large international organization.
• Solid consulting toolbox with structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support strategic projects across different parts of the value chain (Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations).
• Conduct strategic analyses, develop business cases and evaluate growth opportunities, market trends and business challenges.

Reporting directly to the VP, Group Strategy & M&A, you will become part of a high-performing team that supports the CEO, Executive Group Management and senior leaders across the organisation.Our team works on some of the most important strategic priorities facing the VELUX Group. We operate as internal consultants and trusted advisors, helping the organisation navigate evolving market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and make informed strategic decisions.
