Job summary

VELUX Group seeks a Project Specialist to drive strategic B2B engagement with architects and building designers. You will lead cross-functional projects, develop business cases, and align stakeholders across markets to turn insights into action. Strong communication, presentation and project coordination skills are essential.

Based in Hørsholm or Budapest, you will collaborate with regional teams to deliver scalable initiatives that support VELUX solutions and design community engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building Design, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the building industry or a closely related sector, with a solid understanding of design, specification, and construction processes.
• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, house builders, or other industry professionals in an international environment.
• Proven project coordination skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Skilled in developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic B2B engagement projects from concept to implementation.
• Identify opportunities and drive initiatives that strengthen relationships with architects and building designers and increase preference for VELUX solutions.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, and strategic proposals based on data, insights, and market input.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure initiatives are relevant, scalable, and impactful.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional alignment, workshops, and decision-making.
• Translate complex topics into clear actions, ensuring execution and successful outcomes.
