Job DescriptionAre you passionate about strategic workforce planning and using analytics to shape business decisions? Do you enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights?Join our People Planning & Analytics team and help shape how the LEGO Group plans for the workforce of the future.Note: The level of this position is Senior Manager (individual contributor).Core ResponsibilitiesLead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights that enable better workforce decisions.Own and continuously improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality and operational excellence through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and other analytics solutions.Partner closely with HR, Finance, Rewards and business leaders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving governance and embedding scalable workforce planning practices.Build strong relationships across the business, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and credible thought partner on workforce planning and analytics.Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the way we work.Play your part in our team succeedingYou will join a highly dynamic team that focuses on delivering high-quality insights – and we know that the best way to do that is by ensuring continuous learning while having fun. This is a great opportunity to apply and share your knowledge and through engaging with HR professionals from across the LEGO Group, you will quickly gain a valuable LEGO network.Do you have what it takes?Several years of relevant experience within strategic workforce planning in a complex global organisation.Advanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise, with the ability to translate workforce data into business insights.Proficient analytical skills with experience using Power BI, advanced Excel and data visualisation tools to tell compelling stories with data.Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, navigating complexity and driving alignment.Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.Curious, collaborative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.Experience working with cloud-based HR systems would be an advantage.#LI-NS2Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
