Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical solutions for our financial planning tools. You will partner with stakeholders, product leadership and developers to improve processes and data-driven planning across the organization.

Based in Billund, this role supports corporate reporting & planning with change management, testing for new capabilities, and training to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience designing or improving business processes using process diagrams or mock-ups.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships.
• Clear communication skills for workshops and cross-functional engagement.
• Experience supporting change adoption and helping users adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and digital product teams to define needs.
• Translate requirements into actionable solutions and project deliverables.
• Lead user acceptance testing activities to ensure quality releases.
• Provide training and change management support to drive adoption.
• Improve incident resolution through data analysis and collaboration with developers.
