Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale transformations or PMO environments.
• Strong planning, governance, dependency and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actions.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Create the structure, alignment, and transparency needed to deliver a portfolio of interconnected projects within a value stream.
• Maintain the integrated value stream plan, coordinate priorities, and manage dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate governance forums and decision-making across the stream with timely, informed decisions.
• Strengthen governance, planning, and reporting practices; monitor adherence and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver transparent, decision-ready reporting to programme leadership and stream boards.
