Job summary

STARK Group seeks a Senior Manager, Programme Management to lead the Athene Programme across the Supply Chain Management and Data Platform value streams. You will build and coach a team of project managers, translating strategic priorities into delivery plans while partnering with senior stakeholders across the Nordic organisation to drive results.

Reporting to the Programme Director and Vice President, you will establish governance, manage risks, and foster a high-performing delivery culture.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and delivery execution across large transformation programmes.
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects in an international matrix organisation.
Experience with governance, risk management, planning, and financial follow-up.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of experienced project managers in the Athene Programme across Supply Chain Management and Data Platform.
Own the portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives and deliver key programme commitments on time and with quality.
Build strong relationships with project managers, business leaders, IT stakeholders, and programme leadership.
Create clarity around priorities, governance, delivery plans, risks, and dependencies.
Establish ownership and routines for project management reporting and accountability.
