Arla Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape how talent decisions are made across the business. You will partner with leaders to drive high‑quality hiring, design effective talent strategies, and contribute to data-informed decision making and innovation in recruitment.

You will collaborate across markets to attract, assess and hire top talent, build proactive pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience while advancing Arla's employer brand and strategic talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leaders and hiring managers to translate business priorities into talent strategies.
• Ability to guide hiring decisions using market insights and talent intelligence.
• Strong focus on candidate experience, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality of hire.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to align business priorities with talent strategies.
• Guide and influence hiring decisions using market insights and advisory support.
• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes from workforce planning to onboarding support.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and communities for current and future needs.
• Use talent market insights to support workforce planning discussions.
• Contribute to attraction initiatives targeting global talent and employer branding.
• Help improve Talent Acquisition through digital enablement and new assessment approaches.
• Evolve a future-ready Talent Acquisition function to meet changing needs.
