Job summary

Arla Foods in Denmark seeks a senior finance leader to head Finance Business Partnering across ASC, GTP, M&I, IT and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of 8 leaders and an organization of over 80 colleagues, driving performance management and milk price governance.

You will partner with EMT members and senior leaders as trusted advisor, translate sustainability data into business value, and shape strategic decisions with strong financial insight.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of people management experience.
• Strong track record as finance partner to the business.
• Experience leading in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with EMT members and senior leaders as trusted advisor and challenger.
• Own and support financial insight related to milk price and governance.
• Lead the performance management agenda and provide strong financial support.
• Translate sustainability data into actionable business value with governance.
• Drive development and performance within Global Trade & Planning with S&OP focus.
• Be part of the FLT and lead large multi-disciplinary finance teams.
• Support Boards, Councils and farmer forums with financial insight.
