Job summary

ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel Division seeks an HR Business Partner to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, and data-driven HR insights in a Danish context.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers, manage HR data across the lifecycle, and partner with payroll, MarCom, and the HR Manager to enhance employer branding and compliance. Danish and English fluency is required, with SAP SuccessFactors experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding.
• Experience with HR data quality, reporting, and GDPR.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Manage HR data, contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
• Build and maintain employer branding materials with MarCom.
• Advise managers on HR policies, employment law and GDPR.
• Coordinate salary review and bonus processes.
