Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective talent strategies.
Guide and influence hiring decisions through market insights, talent intelligence and advisory support.
Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes with a strong focus on candidate experience, stakeholder satisfaction and quality of hire.
Build proactive talent pipelines and talent communities for current and future business-critical capabilities.
Use talent market insights and data to support stronger talent decisions and workforce planning discussions.
Contribute to attraction initiatives focused on engaging future global talent and strengthening Arla's employer brand.
Support projects that improve how Talent Acquisition operates through digital enablement, process optimisation, new assessment approaches and innovative ways of connecting with talent.
Actively contribute to creating a future-ready Talent Acquisition function that continuously evolves to meet changing business needs.
