Job summary

HelloFresh Denmark is seeking a Supply Risk Planner to support day-to-day risk tracking and operational planning across the ingredient category. You will maintain risk databases, monitor supplier commitments, and identify short-term constraints before impacting delivery or menu availability.

You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, SCO, Demand Planning, and Menu Planning across EU markets. You will drive routine risk analysis, monitor category metrics, and act as a pragmatic operational

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement operations, or related field.
Proficient in Google Sheets with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.
Exposure to SQL or BI tools (Databricks) and interest in AI for analysis.

Responsibilities

Track supplier volume commitments and identify under- or over-committed volumes.
Maintain catalogue of category supply constraints feeding Menu Planning cycles.
Provide data and analysis for quarterly SKU portfolio reviews.
