Job summary

Nestlé Nordics is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to own the demand plan for selected Danish categories. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to translate promotions, customer behavior and market dynamics into accurate forecasts.

The role demands hands-on forecasting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to challenge numbers with good judgement. The team operates in a fast-moving, highly promotional FMCG environment in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on forecasting experience with ownership of forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable forecasts.
• Experience working in dynamic FMCG, promotions-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand plan and forecast performance for assigned categories at SKU and category level.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, trends and deviations; translate insights into actions.
• Incorporate promotional activities, commercial plans and market dynamics into forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to validate assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Supply Planning to ensure robust, actionable demand plans.
• Prepare for and contribute to monthly S&OP/IBP reviews.
